Returns & Exchanges

Returns:

We accept returns on items within 7 days of receipt. Items should be unworn, unwashed and hair-free. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. Processing begins after the item is received at USayPet. Please note there may be delays due to COVID. Once return or exchange is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy below, please allow upto 10 days for processing. Credit will be applied to your original form of payment. Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs. Shipping costs from original order will not be refunded due to a return. We recommend using a tracking shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item.

  8. Final sale items
  9. Items damaged through normal wear and tear

Exchanges:

Due to the possibility of our product(s) selling out, we will not be able to accept exchanges at this time. We recommend following the return policy above for the return of your product and then purchasing your desired size and/or color.

Defects:

In the case that your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us within two days of receiving the product, in order for us to be able to replace the item.

Colors:

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
